From the Concierge's Desk

What makes being a Concierge fun? It's when you are sought after to save a little boy's robot toy from 'dying', and getting a non-routine request like setting a christmas tree in the room to surprise the incoming guest's wife.

Oh yes...although rare, but when these requests come up it really gets me all excited!!

Below are some pictures of the christmas tree that I had set up for Mr M.Lim, who requested it via phone all the way from Vietnam, to surprise his wife who will be checking in earlier prior to his arrival. Although I never really did get a feedback or response to how the wife reacted to the tree being in the room, but the self-satisfaction is purely rewarding...





Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the robot I saved....it was just a matter of a change of batteries...
